The 2nd Annual Patriot Challenge 5K is a timed run / walk with all proceeds directly supporting our partner Veteran organizations – Operation Military Embrace, Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, and Warrior Hike.
As our tagline suggests, we invite you to “Show Your Colors” by wearing red, white, and/or blue attire on race day. For those who want more color, we will have a booth set up with volunteers distributing non-toxic, FDA approved body paint! Check out our local vendors and sponsors pre-race and join us for snacks and beverages after the race.
For additional entertainment, test your strength at the Pull-Up Challenge provided by local Marine Corps Recruiters or reach the top of our Rock Climbing Wall provided by our local National Guard. The Patriot Challenge 5K offers something fun for the whole family!
Proceeds support our partner Veterans organizations:
- Operation Military Embrace (OME), a non-profit providing aid to Burned and Wounded Service Members and their Families
- Warrior Hike, an organization providing funds to Transitioning Combat Veterans through hiking America’s National Scenic Trails
- Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, an organization that provides full scholarship and educational funding for Children of Fallen Service Members.
